If we were to wish for one thing, it would be that our job having to save these horses would not be necessary! We wish that every animal would have a forever home to love and care for it until it's last days. We wish that people would not over breed animals and be more responsible for their placement. Most of all, we wish that there was no such thing as horse slaughter or animal cruelty. Our goal is to pass a Horse Protection Act in North America. Until that day, we have a job to do. Like any other job it requires dedication and money. We do not get paychecks or any other compensation other than thank you's. We struggle, but we wish to continue because from this, we have received other rewards. We have met so many wonderful people and their kindness towards animals helps us realize that together we are making a difference!
The monthly cost to run the farm is very high, and we try our best to be self supportive, but the bottom line is that saving, caring for, and training so many horses is an extremely unpredictable and costly undertaking, with this in mind your kind donations are so greatly appreciated!
We are actively seeking additional property that will allow us to operate on a larger scale with adequate facilities for the development of our community out reach programs and youth projects.
